Wooden Ship Wheel

I need wooden cart wheels, or a wheelright to make them?

I need some wooden cartwheels, is there anyone out there who knows where I can buy them, or knows of a wheelright who can make them for me? I live in the UK so it will need to be a UK based supplier, as the shipping would cost too much.
